Exercise offered me consistency in an unforgiving world. In the middle of the pandemic, I became a primary caregiver while taking classes online. I was incredibly lucky to have established exercise as my sense of consistency – it was all I had for a long time.

Growing up, after being diagnosed with type one diabetes, I was always intrigued by nutrition and how it affected my blood sugars. Despite my love for nutrition, I thought I was predisposed to being overweight for the rest of my life.
It was not until I found a passion for how building muscle in the gym and with what I ate, I knew I could see life changing, sustainable results in all aspects of my life, from physical, to my health, and my mental health as well.
That is why I am so passionate about building long term, sustainable results. As a nurse, I know life is crazy, but taking care of your health matters. We’re here to make that balance easy!
